The Setup Every year since our marriage we have made it a point to celebrate our marriage by embarking on some type of 'Honeymoon' trip. The first year we went to Tulum, Mexico for a week, the second was to a resort in San Antonio, the third found us on Princess Cruise line and the fourth year found us closer to home at the Ball Park Inn in Downtown Houston with a trip to Aquarium restaurant and entertainment complex. As our fifth year anniversary approached we were over run with by normal every day life and again our selection of destination was governed by time and money. With the flooring in our home pulled up due to a drain leakage problem, we sat down to determine just where we should go. Together we selected a bed and breakfast in Brenham Texas as our vacation destination knowing that the wildflowers would be in full bloom and it was enough close to home that we could make a weekend trip out of it. However, the author of this page (Rusty) was determined to make sure this 5th year anniversary was something memorable and unforgettable. So, I set out to do just that. These pages and photos graphs will tell the story of our trip as it unfolded for Shannon. While she was aware of the trip to Brenham, she had no idea as to what lay in store for us over the next few days.
